Return & Refund Policy

At THE LOOMJAY, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully happy, our return policy makes the process simple and fair.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

    • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

    • All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact

    • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery (you can change this timeframe)

    • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is provided

Note: Items showing signs of wear, damage by the customer, or without original tags may not be accepted.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return (unless defective or damaged on arrival):

    • Innerwear and undergarments

    • Clearance or final sale items

    • Accessories (if stated as non-returnable on the product page)

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

    • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

    • Share clear photos/videos of the issue

    • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification

 

4. Return Process

To start a return:

    1. Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp

    2. Provide your order number and reason for return

    3. Our team will guide you through the return steps

    4. Send the item back as instructed

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

5. Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or store credit, if applicable)

 

6. Exchanges

We offer size or item exchanges subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

 

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns and follow the return process.
